This third-floor, one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment at Bayberry Commons features a private balcony overlooking the community, in-unit laundry, and air conditioning. Heat is included in your rent. Electric and internet/cable is resident responsibility. The bathroom has a shower only—no bathtub. Pet-friendly, too!

The seasonal outdoor pool is a resident favorite when warmer weather arrives. You’ll also have access to a fitness center and yoga room, community lounge and loft with billiards and ping pong, fenced dog park, seasonal garden beds, and a Little Free Library. Surface parking is included, with underground parking available for an additional fee.

Located between Burlington and Winooski, Bayberry puts the Winooski Circle’s restaurants, bars, local shops, and seasonal farmers market close to home. UVM, UVM Medical Center, and downtown Burlington are a short drive away, with convenient access to I-89.
